Court Coverage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely coverage by managing a portfolio of open court hearings, utilizing phone, text, and email daily to secure the right attorney before the hearing date.

• Negotiate fees in real time. Maintain your price stance, manage counteroffers, and provide above-standard offers when the market demands, all while safeguarding margins and achieving agreement.

• Manage a fast-paced pipeline. Prioritize competing hearings, make quick and sound judgment calls, and communicate your rationale clearly to your team.

• Adapt to unexpected changes. Address last-minute alterations, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs with a solutions-oriented approach.

• Onboard and assist attorneys. Guide new attorneys through the Docketly process, address their inquiries, and serve as their primary contact to ensure their continued engagement.

• Keep clients informed. Provide law firms with updates on hearing statuses to foster trust and prevent surprises.

• Maintain data integrity. Record activities, confirm assignments, and ensure your pipeline remains accurate, as your metrics reflect your performance.

• Enhance the system. Identify recurring coverage gaps and contribute ideas during daily meetings and team huddles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a position that demands high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.

• Proficient and effective on the phone, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptionally organized. You can juggle numerous open items simultaneously without overlooking anything.

• Composed and decisive under deadline pressure; you make decisions swiftly and proceed efficiently.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
