Court Coverage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely coverage by managing a portfolio of open court hearings, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure the right attorney before the hearing date.

• Negotiate fees in real-time by standing firm on pricing, addressing counteroffers, and presenting competitive offers when necessary, all while safeguarding margins and achieving agreements.

• Manage a fast-paced pipeline by prioritizing conflicting hearings, making quick and sound judgment calls, and articulating your rationale to the team.

• Navigate unexpected challenges by addressing last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs with a solutions-oriented approach.

• Onboard and assist attorneys by guiding new hires through the Docketly process, addressing their inquiries, and serving as their primary contact to encourage ongoing collaboration.

• Keep clients informed by updating law firms on hearing statuses to foster trust and prevent surprises.

• Maintain accurate data by logging activities, confirming assignments, and ensuring your pipeline reflects true status. Your metrics narrate your performance.

• Enhance the system by identifying recurring coverage issues and contributing ideas during daily huddles and team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year in a position that demands high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation. Relevant experience includes inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.

• Proficient and effective on the phone, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without overlooking details.

• Composed and decisive when working under deadline pressure; capable of making decisions and progressing forward.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
