📋 Description

• Create, develop, deliver, and sustain user-facing content for customers.

• Generate ideas and tasks for networking features, in-product content, setup instructions, visuals, video scripts, course modules, and additional deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine requirements and customer demands.

• Review specifications and product descriptions, recommending the most effective learning strategies.

• Gain insights into the customer experience through hands-on engagement with networking products.

• Adhere to established style and process guidelines to ensure consistency and thoroughness.

• Oversee technical documentation projects as they arise.

• Simplify complex technologies into user-friendly customer content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and Network Management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of producing high-quality, precise, and user-friendly technical content, ideally for advanced software products.

• Over 5 years of experience in creating technical content.

• BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field/networking certification or equivalent experience.

• Strong grasp of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.

• Capability to research intricate technical concepts both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to advance with incomplete information.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Practical experience with network technologies, including routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.

• Knowledge of DITA/XML authoring principles, content management concepts, Markdown, MS PowerPoint, Agile methodologies, JIRA, as well as familiarity with HPE Aruba Networking or HPE Juniper Networking products and industry network certifications.
