Course Platform & Community Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and structure online courses utilizing Circle.so.

• Create course modules, lessons, and learning paths derived from the provided materials.

• Upload and format worksheets, PDFs, videos, and slide presentations.

• Set up course access, navigation, and member permissions.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and user-friendly learning environment.

• Design professional slide decks and presentation materials from client-supplied course content to facilitate course development and alleviate administrative burdens for the client.

• Review course pages for consistent formatting.

• Test video playback, downloads, links, and member navigation.

• Identify and rectify any broken links or formatting discrepancies.

• Confirm that all course content operates correctly prior to launch.

• Communicate any limitations of Circle.so or suggest possible enhancements.

• Assist with basic integrations of Squarespace and ConvertKit as needed.

• Maintain hyperlinks between the website, course platform, and email systems.

• Support in updating existing courses and community resources.

• Organize digital assets and uphold version control.

• Facilitate community management within Circle.so.

• Aid in the setup of virtual events and manage behind-the-scenes operations.

• Help moderate live community sessions and member engagements.

• Assist with marketing and content implementation projects as the business expands.

• Provide support for additional administrative and marketing tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in building or managing courses on Circle.so is essential.

• Familiarity with online course platforms such as Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or Mighty Networks is advantageous.

• Experience in uploading and organizing digital learning resources.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in embedding videos, PDFs, worksheets, and presentation files.

• Experience in creating professional presentation decks from client-provided educational materials.

• Preferred experience with Squarespace.

• Preferred experience with ConvertKit (Kit).

• Background in marketing or digital content operations is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.

• Direct experience in working with Circle.so.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently following established processes.

• Reliable communicator who proactively shares project updates.

• Capable of managing multiple content assets concurrently.
