This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead sales performance for the Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and Vascular portfolios throughout Canada.
• Oversee and cultivate a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists.
• Guide the team in reaching sales objectives.
• Create and implement sales strategies to enhance the adoption of essential products.
• Navigate intricate sales environments involving various call points, sales cycles, and product lines.
• Establish connections with hospital stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct field visits to mentor and coach team members, boosting regional performance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts on regional and national contracting approaches.
• Provide sales forecasts and manage resources within the region.
• Assist in the strategic planning and introduction of new products to the Canadian market.
• Hold complete P&L accountability for Canada.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, expense reporting, CRM usage, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
• Organize and lead regional and national sales meetings.
• Interview, recruit, and onboard new sales talent.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a sales management position in the medical devices sector.
• Proven track record in sales environments related to Emergency Medicine, ICU, OR, and Vascular Access.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling, negotiation, and team leadership.
• Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-driven organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strategic agility combined with robust business acumen.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
