This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Directly pursue the acquisition of new projects with end customers within the specified target industries.
• Provide active, thorough, and results-driven support to existing end customers.
• Contribute to and execute the company's strategic realignment regarding end-customer and partner development.
• Develop and implement business and marketing plans aligned with the established corporate strategy.
• Formulate sales strategies and market entry plans for designated regions.
• Deliver engaging solution presentations to both partners and end customers.
• Build and enhance the partner network within the region.
• Define and implement sales strategies, channels, processes, target demographics, and regions in accordance with the company's strategy.
• Conduct systematic and ongoing analysis, optimization, and expansion of the designated sales territory.
• Prepare offers in close collaboration with the Geutebrück headquarters.
• Engage in industry events, committees, networks, and association activities, such as international sales & marketing meetings and external professional associations.
• A successfully completed degree in business administration/economics or a commercial-technical qualification.
• Several years of sales experience in the premium end-customer segment, preferably involving complex, high-explanation products.
• Strong technical aptitude and comprehension of complex systems and their interrelationships.
• A proven history of developing new, profitable sales channels.
• A strong customer and solution orientation paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• An open, reliable, and communicative demeanor with a confident and persuasive presence.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in utilizing CRM systems.
• Excellent command of both Polish and English.
