This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Generate new leads and cultivate business opportunities through in-person interactions, telephone calls, and email campaigns. Identify potential customers across all targeted industry segments, showcasing Lingual Consultancy’s distinctive business value and industry expertise.
• Participate in conferences and events to acquire new sales-qualified leads and enhance existing relationships.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by engaging closely with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations, advancing marketing and sales-qualified leads to phone meetings, video conferences, or face-to-face discussions for business negotiations.
• Deliver corporate presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates by compiling all necessary components.
• Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
• Promote LC’s services on LinkedIn to maximize brand visibility, generating recognition for LC in the market and within your professional network.
• Build brand value for Lingual Consultancy throughout South Korea, also contributing to our international presence.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities designated by the Reporting Manager.
• The ideal candidate should have some knowledge or experience in sales, online/digital marketing, linguistics, or as a language service provider.
• Possess the ability and enthusiasm to foster strong relationships within the organization.
• Exhibit persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal in English, and potentially another language of interest.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork capabilities; take responsibility and provide as well as accept feedback.
• Have good organizational and time-management skills.
• Be self-motivated, a self-starter, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Enjoy taking on responsibility, be adaptable, and embrace new challenges.
• Exhibit trustworthiness and discretion when managing confidential information, aligning with LC’s values.
• Possess a sense of adventure and think creatively when addressing challenges.
• Be willing to travel for business purposes as needed (approximately 0-25%) to attend trade events or business meetings in South Korea.
