This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• As the Country Manager for the UK (m/f/d), you will be syte’s inaugural representative in London — acting as the brand ambassador for syte in the UK market and serving as the trusted voice of our platform in all customer, partner, and industry discussions throughout the country.
• Your role involves executing our local strategy — leveraging your knowledge of the market, your network, cultural insights, and a customer-centric approach that only someone with deep roots in the UK market can provide.
• You will embody syte’s voice and image in the UK — participating in events, speaking on stage, attending meetings, and engaging on LinkedIn.
• You will manage the entire customer interaction in the UK — from initial contact to contract signing, including discovery, demo, pricing, and negotiation.
• You will proactively seek opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads. You are already connected with UK developers, asset managers, architects, and investment managers, and you’re not hesitant to reach out.
• You will represent syte at significant events — including SIMA, SIMAPRO, MIPIM, and PropTech Connect.
• You will personally onboard our first UK customers and remain closely involved in their journey. Their success will serve as our reference, and their insights will inform our development roadmap.
• You will interpret UK realities into actionable feedback for Lena and the product team — identifying regulatory gaps for UK workflows, understanding how architects and developers operate, pinpointing which segments convert first, and recognizing where cultural nuances influence messaging.
• You will take charge of and expand syte’s existing relationships in the UK while also building new connections within the network — engaging with innovative architects, institutional developers, and digitally-focused asset managers.
• Your network is your greatest asset: You possess genuine, current relationships with key decision-makers in the UK real estate sector — including developers, architects, asset managers, and investment managers.
• Technical proficiency is essential: You have a solid understanding of AI, geo-intelligence, data products, and B2B SaaS, enabling you to demonstrate, discuss, and defend our platform to both seasoned real estate professionals and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the UK real estate market: You have a background in working with or selling to developers, asset managers, architects, or investment managers in the UK.
• Proven history in B2B SaaS sales: You have successfully closed genuine ARR contracts and comprehend the consultative sales process.
• Hunter mentality: You are comfortable making calls. A “no” does not discourage you; instead, it motivates you. You are driven and eager to succeed.
• Communication skills: English is your native language, and you possess excellent business English, both written and spoken. You can simplify complex topics effectively. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Must be based in London or Greater London — or prepared to relocate from day one.
