Country Manager – Payment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage global and local license applications (e.g., VASP, EMI, MSB, or regional crypto/fintech licenses).

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations in major markets (South America, UAE, UK, Canada, etc).

• Create and implement a scalable business strategy aimed at promoting the adoption of Web3 payment solutions.

• Identify and explore new revenue opportunities, encompassing both B2B and B2C sectors.

• Forge partnerships with blockchain networks, fintech companies, banks, and merchants.

• Develop and execute an impactful marketing strategy to improve brand recognition.

• Assemble and lead a high-performing executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience with a leadership background in fintech, payments, or blockchain.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining financial licenses (crypto, payments, or banking).

• Strong experience in business development, partnerships, and marketing within the Web3 or fintech sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and digital payment ecosystems.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to excel in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
