This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• The Country Manager is tasked with adapting, adjusting, and overseeing the execution of services, emphasizing delivery through strategic recruitment and retention.
• A core objective of this position regarding recruitment strategies is to confirm and validate each stage of the recruitment and retention strategy at each pivotal point, ensuring our services consistently meet the study objectives.
• This role involves understanding the current and projected contribution rates of each assigned site, enabling sponsors to make informed decisions, thus effectively minimizing study risks and accelerating timelines.
• Additionally, this position entails the placement and management of qualified medical personnel (Clinical Research Coordinators) in healthcare organizations (HCOs) that are participating in clinical trials within their respective country(ies).
• A minimum of 2 years of project management or sales experience in the healthcare sector (medical device, pharmaceutical, managed care, etc.), clinical trial recruitment, or related service experience.
• A native Spanish speaker is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is crucial for this role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and earn the trust of all management levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, reporting, and management skills, with the capability to leverage current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
• Demonstrated team-building skills and experience in implementing complex deliverables while driving continuous process improvements within projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Office) and possess IT affinity.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask, working with various resource levels to ensure the delivery of expectations in a fast-paced environment, along with a willingness and enthusiasm for hands-on task completion.
