This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take charge of and expand the business.
• Propel revenue growth by establishing a robust pipeline, surpassing targets, and leading a high-performing sales team with disciplined execution and excellent customer results.
• Develop and implement the strategy for the France market.
• Enhance productivity and profitability by refining team structure.
• Serve as the liaison between the French market and global teams.
• Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development.
• Proven leadership experience with a history of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in lengthy sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Background in regulated, funding-driven markets (e.g., healthcare, education) is a significant advantage.
• Ability to navigate complex ecosystems involving clinicians, institutions, and public stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to operate within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in French and strong business-level English (both written and spoken).
