This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Comprehend local demand and assess the competitive environment, both locally and in cross-border markets.
• Oversee business operations, managing supply and demand across various product categories and customer segments.
• Develop, plan, and manage the country forecast along with each of its business units.
• Take ownership of the P&L.
• Establish a pricing strategy to enhance profitability and competitiveness, while keeping track of operating costs and marketing investments to optimize the country’s PAM.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing teams (Growth and Brand) to locally tailor the regional communication strategy and meet commercial objectives, while aiding in defining the market value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to guarantee the best product assortment for each category, along with the appropriate pricing and margin structure.
• Supervise the country’s comprehensive 360° vision, ensuring alignment and integration across all business sectors.
• Forge partnerships with key eCommerce ecosystem players (e.g., banks, payment providers, technology firms, etc.) to enhance Tiendamia’s value proposition.
• Serve as the local market representative, managing relationships with PR, media, industry events, trade associations, and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Handle local regulatory and market context opportunities, ensuring business adaptability and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, Retail, and/or digital businesses.
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a robust execution mindset.
• Capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a remote work setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Results-driven professional with a strong emphasis on execution and business impact.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
