• Assume complete responsibility for the GEO’s P&L and overall market performance, reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
• Establish and enhance the brand's presence in the target market, whether starting from the ground up or refining an existing framework.
• Oversee and coordinate local operations encompassing traffic acquisition, product localization, payments, CRM, VIP, support, partnerships, and reputation management.
• Perform audits on core metrics, domains, payment systems, affiliate setups, and operational workflows.
• Propel user acquisition initiatives with a strong emphasis on affiliate traffic and achieving FTD growth objectives.
• Manage CRM and retention strategies, which include reactivation campaigns and local communication channels.
• Create and oversee VIP programs aimed at enhancing GGR contributions from VIP players.
• Ensure customer support performance aligns with agreed SLA, FRT, CSAT, and FCR benchmarks.
• Coordinate local partnerships, influencer collaborations, media strategies, and brand positioning efforts.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage local teams while tracking operational efficiency and employee engagement.
• Keep an eye on market competition and compile regular competitive intelligence reports.
• Lead reputation management strategies, including monitoring review platforms and coordinating crisis responses.
• Collaborate closely with HQ functions such as Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams.
• Monitor and optimize essential business KPIs including FTD, LTV/CAC, retention, NGR, VIP share, payment uptime, support CSAT, and brand sentiment.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in iGaming across affiliate, traffic, product, or country operations.
• Strong grasp of .com economics, including CAC, LTV, NGR, and affiliate revenue share models.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling operations in one of the following markets: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Poland, or Germany.
• Familiarity with PSP/payment infrastructure in offshore verticals.
• Experience in building and managing local teams, including hiring, onboarding, and KPI oversight.
• Robust analytical mindset with the capability to work with dashboards and create actionable hypotheses.
• Understanding of CPA/revenue share mechanics and affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, etc.
• Language proficiency: Upper-intermediate level of English, native/bilingual level of Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, or German.
• Experience collaborating with streamers and influencers in the iGaming industry.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with crypto payments and on-ramp solutions.
• Experience with Responsible Gaming and compliance processes.
• User-level knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience in crisis communications and managing review platforms.
• Direct collaboration with the CEO/COO and expedited decision-making processes.
• Complete ownership of the GEO, encompassing P&L, team, and strategic direction.
• Allocated budgets for affiliates, influencers, and infrastructure with a significant degree of autonomy.
• Support from experienced central office teams across Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech.
• Clear KPIs and a well-defined structure for growth phases.
