This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Formulate and execute Hypatos' strategy for market entry and growth in the US, in alignment with the company's global objectives.

• Discover and leverage new business prospects in enterprise automation and the deployment of AI agents.

• Assemble and lead a high-achieving sales team in the US.

• Manage all US operations, ensuring adherence to local regulations.

• Hire, train, and mentor staff located in the US.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior capacity or as a Country Manager, ideally within AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation.

• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing cross-functional teams in the US market.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partner ecosystems.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with US regulatory, financial, and HR practices.
