Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Fasset’s P&L, growth objectives, and market strategy for the UAE.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.

• Spearhead user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts within the market.

• Serve as Fasset's representative with regulators, government entities, and industry associations in the UAE.

• Recruit, oversee, and cultivate a local team, including community ambassadors and business development personnel.

• Deliver market insights, competitive assessments, and localization suggestions to HQ.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a country management or market leadership position, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.

• Extensive network and comprehension of the UAE’s financial, technology, or startup landscape.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth and managing cross-functional teams effectively.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred.
