This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Develop and oversee the enterprise pipeline through the channel ecosystem.
• Create a go-to-market strategy that aligns with the regional direction in Electronic Security.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry-related events.
• Lead the local team to meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring growth in market share.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize large-scale enterprise projects in key sectors.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors effectively.
• Drive partner enablement initiatives and collaborative business planning.
• Oversee cash flow responsibilities for South Korea, including both sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
• Establish and report on metrics to gauge team performance and address any deficiencies as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Develop reference projects that serve as industry lighthouses.
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
• Provide quarterly business reviews to stakeholders.
• Deliver clear analyses of risks and opportunities.
• Proven experience in a senior management position, preferably as a Country Manager or Sales Director within the electronics security sector.
• 5 to 8 years of experience at the managerial level in the electronic security industry.
• Experience collaborating with regional or global security brands.
• Strong network within the South Korean security industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
• Experience in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required.
