Country Content Strategy Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of and implementing the content strategy for Thailand and Vietnam.

• Ensuring the quality of content and its cultural relevance.

• Leading initiatives related to discovery and performance across search, editorial, and recommendations.

• Driving editorial excellence and trend leadership across platforms such as Showcases.

• Serving as a strategic ally to the Country Managers.

• Cultivating relationships with local creators and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in content strategy, regional business operations, or a comparable position.

• A strong understanding of cultural nuances that resonate in Thailand and/or Vietnam.

• Comfortable in shaping strategy and executing without a predefined playbook.

• Ability to foster alignment among diverse teams.

• Proficiency in utilizing data to inform decisions and evaluate content performance.

• Fluent in Thai or Vietnamese (or both).
