This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Providing direct counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and/or their siblings).

• Employing therapeutic methods derived from various disciplines, customized to meet the client's needs.

• Attending to relational ethics while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and the families we assist.

• Participating in family care meetings alongside other service providers.

• Adhering to clinic policies as well as all state, federal, and licensing board laws/requirements/regulations by promoting practices that align with the standards of care and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and mandated reporting.

• Committing to, and encouraging fellow team members to comply with, organizational standards and policies.

• Keeping documentation and communication in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Team members may occasionally lift and/or relocate up to 25 pounds.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• You possess a current unrestricted license to practice as a therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• You are well-versed and knowledgeable in various empirically supported psychotherapy treatment methods, including but not limited to cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.

• You are dedicated to delivering exceptional client care and utilizing client feedback to enhance services.

• You maintain an open-minded approach and a willingness to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases, as well as local insights from colleagues and the families we serve.

• You have one year or more of experience working with children or families who have developmental differences.
