Cost Optimization Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Independently overseeing operational and analytical tasks from the establishment of goals to execution and monitoring of results.

• Evaluating statistics, reports, and crucial partner performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for cost optimization and areas needing enhancement.

• Crafting and executing cost optimization strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assisting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including addressing complex and non-standard requests.

• Contributing to the enhancement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, documentation, internal guidelines).

• Working alongside internal teams to achieve common objectives related to efficiency and cost optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English B2+, Russian C1+, and Chinese B2+.

• Skilled in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC usage.

• Strong abilities in teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management.

• Capability to identify professional solutions across various scenarios.
