Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on strategic approaches, oversee the prequalification process for vendors, evaluate proposals, bids, and bid leveling documents, and deliver final recommendations to the client.

• Oversee estimating services throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Analyze and present cost reports and forecasts.

• Collaborate with project managers to suggest contractor entitlements.

• Establish procedures for project handover.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a cost management or quantity surveying position within the construction sector.

• RICS accreditation or progress toward certification is considered advantageous.

• Experience in supporting cost management for medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably in healthcare or complex building settings.

• Experience in construction consultancy is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of technical aspects of the construction industry.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
