Cost Manager – Infrastructure & Capital Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and plans, utilizing benchmarking data for evaluation.

• You will develop options for value engineering and life cycle costing to enhance project efficiency.

• You will identify potential risks and assist in maintaining the project's Risk Register.

• You will contribute to pre-contract meetings, providing insights related to costs.

• You will create and manage cost control reports to monitor financial performance.

• You will participate in client meetings alongside senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions.

• You will engage in design team meetings, evaluate cost implications, and implement agreed outcomes.

• You will help in developing standardized project templates to ensure consistent documentation.

• You will prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and comprehensive cost reports.

• You will supervise measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another cost/construction-related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cost management.
