This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
⢠Assist in an engagement with the US Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford.
⢠Provide Independent Government Cost Estimates and technical evaluations for current and future modifications to the WTP Contract.
⢠Conduct REA cost analyses and support technical evaluations.
⢠Collaborate with WTP, DOE EM HQ, and DOE MA HQ on required technical evaluations.
⢠Aid in the development and updating of the DOE-WTP Cost Estimating Manual.
⢠Create and uphold WPD Cost Estimating procedures and protocols.
⢠Deliverables should be completed in accordance with ORP procedures and the directives provided by the WPD Division Director.
⢠Candidates must contribute to the requirements for FY2-SB05 WPD Cost Estimation and Project Control Support Swim Lanes.
⢠A bachelorās degree in business administration, finance, project management, or a related field.
⢠Six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelorās degree.
⢠A masterās degree in project management or relevant project management certifications is preferred.
⢠Over 5 years of experience in program or project management.
⢠Familiarity with DOE policies and procedures is essential.
⢠Understanding of the Hanford Site mission, activities, and priorities is preferred.
⢠Knowledge of DOE program and project management practices, policies, and procedures is required.
⢠The candidate must demonstrate expert knowledge and senior-level experience in the following areas:
⢠Quantity Development Package process in BNIās estimating procedures.
⢠BNIās rate buildup, including Project Services, Shared Services, and fee within BNI Requests for Equitable Adjustment.
⢠Forward pricing rates of Hanford Site contractors.
⢠Integration of BNI contracts with other project control functions, including scheduling and risk management.
⢠Exceptional communication skills.
⢠Experience with PROPRICER Software utilization.
⢠Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and/or other MS Office applications.
⢠Must be fully vaccinated against COVID or have an approved exception, or meet the entry and testing requirements for federal building access.
⢠U.S. Citizenship is required - you must be a United States Citizen.
⢠All ProSidian staff must be deemed eligible for a āFacility Access Authorizationā (also known as āEmployment Authorizationā) by the USGās designated Security Office.
