Cosmetic Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other areas according to the provided planogram and guidelines.

• Organize and coordinate store visits within the designated territory.

• Relay work schedules to team members as necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online sessions, and field training as required.

• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with key in-store associates.

• Complete all shift documentation, including daily reports that feature photographs of accomplished tasks, submitted online.

• Communicate effectively and perform various store calls, including those to Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in merchandising (preferred but not mandatory).

• Keen attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.

• Willingness to travel up to 160 kilometers from your area.

• Proficient with computers, with access to a PC and the internet, and the ability to capture and submit photos of your work.
