This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Correspondent Division ARC team, the Commercial Loan Portfolio Management Staff, and Commercial Loan Officers.
• Provide assistance to Credit Analysts and Sales Officers.
• Support the sales team by crafting client proposals.
• Conduct sales support activities for the ARC program.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within departmental guidelines and timelines.
• Aid in the preparation of Rate Conversion Agreements for ARC transactions approaching closure.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.
• Must be enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Preference will be given to rising juniors and seniors.
• One to three years of relevant experience and/or training is preferred.
• Familiarity with finance, accounting, and business principles is recommended.
• Understanding of financial statements and industry assessments is essential.
• Strong analytical abilities are required.
• Quick learner with a capacity to assimilate complex data.
• Ability to maintain focus and stay task-oriented.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
• Capability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
• Must have a secure, distraction-free home office environment.
• Reliable private internet connection is necessary; cable or fiber is preferred over cellular data.
