This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Daily review and management of scanned mail and email communications.
β’ Implement firm-specific handling procedures to decide the suitable actions for each correspondence.
β’ Inform relevant staff about significant or urgent communications.
β’ Ensure that all mail processing aligns with the firm's established procedures and protocols.
β’ Update internal calendars by incorporating events and deadlines that arise from correspondence.
β’ Timely send email notifications to clients and staff regarding updates and deadlines.
β’ Accurately input all information into internal systems to prevent missed deadlines.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to correspondence within the firm.
β’ Collaborate with other departments by offering timely updates and notifications.
β’ Facilitate clear communication regarding mail processing to meet operational requirements.
β’ Provide support across departments to assist other teams with projects or initiatives as needed.
β’ Aid in the development and improvement of company protocols and processes.
β’ A sincere dedication to assisting immigrants in securing their future in the United States through asylum.
β’ Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficiency in both Spanish and English, as both languages will be utilized daily.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

β’ Empathy and patience when assisting clients in crisis situations.
β’ Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining accuracy during demanding periods.
