• Oversee the management, training, coaching, and development of Corporate Trust Relationship Managers within the assigned region.
• Act as the Lead Administrator for the most significant and complex accounts.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality fiduciary services.
• Provide direction and guidance to the staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Delegate and modify staff workloads as required.
• Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
• Address all administrative concerns and offer support to client staff at any level.
• Mentor junior staff members.
• Work independently to serve major clients and address complex challenges.
• Support current institutional/corporate trust accounts, including the billing for administrative fees.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• CTMC Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (formerly known as CCTS certification) - Preferred.
