This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Ensure operational delivery by effectively completing all assigned tasks and responsibilities on-site according to established procedures, policies, instructions, manuals, and guides.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries.
• Manage access control, including the assignment and revocation of access, and the prevention and detection of unauthorized entry.
• Oversee badge issuance and administration, including creation, distribution, and inventory management.
• Monitor alarms and respond appropriately.
• Escort visitors and vendors on-site.
• Protect assets and prevent loss and waste.
• Manage the issuance, control, and oversight of keys.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor CCTV systems.
• Report, document, and respond to incidents, accidents, health and safety issues, and emergencies.
• Conduct various checks and patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Support the reception team during after-hours shifts, including visitor management.
• Offer assistance during functions and events.
• Complete site-specific training and develop a solid understanding of relevant systems (e.g., Lenel, RightCrowd, fire control systems).
• Communicate any knowledge gaps to line management.
• Deliver a service level that meets or exceeds contracted Key Performance Indicators.
• Collaborate with team members to manage the day-to-day delivery of security services.
• Identify and report potential issues to the appropriate parties.
• Adhere to the uniform policy at all times, maintaining a high standard of personal presentation.
• Exemplify the core brand values and culture of Securitas and Amazon.
• Perform administrative duties, including accurate entries, logs, and reports.
• Assist team members and management with various ad-hoc requests, such as compiling reports and providing administrative support.
• Foster collaboration by maintaining open communication lines between reception, security, and management teams.
• Engage in continuous improvement by regularly reviewing published instructions (including policies and procedures) and suggesting modifications to enhance service quality.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• A good level of PC skills is required.
• Previous experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Flexibility in working hours is necessary.
• A valid PSA Licence is required.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Full-time contract of 36 hours per week, with the option to work up to 48 hours weekly.
