This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• You will dedicate your time to engaging with New Zealand's largest farming enterprises. These organizations typically encompass various business units, decision-makers, and regions, requiring you to comprehend their structure, identify critical challenges, and illustrate Halter’s value across the entire organization.
• You will oversee intricate sales processes from start to finish, guiding stakeholders through stages of discovery, evaluation, and procurement, while managing multi-layered negotiations leading to signed contracts and successful implementations.
• You will actively cultivate relationships from the farm level to boardrooms, unlocking enterprise opportunities through a combination of strategies: pinpointing and connecting with high-value leaders/stakeholders, leveraging your network, driving event participation, and spearheading outbound initiatives.
• You will collaborate closely with Halter Account Managers to facilitate organization-wide adoption and ensure that our most significant clients maximize their experience with Halter.
• In this position, you will be expected to forge meaningful connections with board members, operational leaders, and key influencers within each account.
• Demonstrated experience in selling to enterprise or large corporate clients, preferably in agriculture or similar sectors. You have managed extended sales cycles, influenced decision-making at the board level, and progressively expanded accounts.
• Profound industry knowledge – ideally, you have worked within or around large-scale farming systems, and you grasp the language, needs, and dynamics of this sector.
• An exceptional attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. You bring enthusiasm to the environment, take accountability, and do not let challenges hinder your progress.
