This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by engaging in hiring and onboarding activities.
• Support the Value Selling Sales strategy, which includes TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and Objection Handling.
• Perform competitive research and address customer objections while offering insights for product roadmap discussions and collaborating with the product team.
• Foster innovation in processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customers.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Enhance win rates and create opportunities within the Sales Engineering team.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product Management on feature tracking and improvements.
• Design and demonstrate complex technical solutions customized to customer needs and environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including POV Frameworks, Success Criteria records, demo scripts, and best practices, along with contributions to the SE WIKI.
• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, integrating this knowledge into sales strategies and customer recommendations.
• Assist in the development and refinement of corporate sales engineering methodologies and processes.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers.
• Conduct technical win/loss analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement in the sales engineering process and product offerings.
• Clearly and concisely communicate complex information to diverse audiences while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical expertise in the Falcon Platform and the broader security landscape.
• Solid grasp of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilience and resourcefulness in problem-solving situations.
• Capability to work autonomously and adapt swiftly.
