This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at Momentum Life Sciences to attract, select, and hire high-quality full-time and contract talent for corporate, field, and virtual teams.
• Build and sustain relationships with highly qualified potential candidates.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, which includes identifying talent profiles, creating interview guides and processes, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, networking, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and initiating contracts or hiring.
• Discover innovative sourcing methods to create a pool of the most qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish candidate profiles and effectively communicate the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment efforts for corporate employees and clinical educator networks.
• Create and strategically place job advertisements, review and filter applications, schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate evaluation meetings, and initiate offers or contracts.
• Oversee the Greenhouse ATS and monitor applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Compile internal documentation related to recruitment activities.
• Identify market trends and provide insights about the industry and market to cross-functional business partners.
• Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Investigate referrals, references, Predictive Index profiles, and social media sources.
• Network with clinical educators, associations, and other candidate sources to create a virtual bench of nurses.
• Research and suggest new avenues for recruiting both active and passive candidates.
• Assist with additional HR projects as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within pharma, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment.
• Expert-level proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Current experience with a robust talent management suite.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume, rapid recruitment scenarios.
• Proven project management skills and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and solution-focused, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Minimal travel required.
