• Manage the entire recruitment process for a wide array of exempt and non-exempt positions across different departments (Calibration, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, HR).
• Initiate proactive, multi-channel sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, social media, talent communities, referrals, and innovative outreach — this role requires more than just posting jobs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly comprehend role specifications, challenge preconceived notions, and establish efficient, bias-aware interview procedures.
• Provide market insights and competitive data during discussions with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor rather than merely taking orders.
• Rigorously screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; offer clear, structured recommendations and advocate for timely decision-making.
• Oversee and negotiate compensation offers across various pay scales for both exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring a balance between candidate expectations and internal equity.
• Ensure ATS cleanliness and monitor sourcing efficiency, time-to-fill, and pipeline metrics to promote ongoing enhancements.
• Offer an exceptional candidate experience at every interaction — you represent the company from the initial contact to the job offer.
• Share insights to enhance recruiting practices, employer branding, and diversity initiatives — your input is valued and essential.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate or in-house environment.
• Proven track record of recruiting for both exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly/frontline) positions.
• Strong hands-on sourcing abilities — you can generate a candidate pipeline from the ground up and identify passive candidates.
• Comfortable navigating through uncertainty, prioritizing multiple tasks, and resolving challenges without a detailed guide.
• Excellent communicator capable of constructively pushing back, influencing without direct authority, and confidently engaging with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
