This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer top-tier support to branch personnel across all company systems.
• Provide daily assistance for all employees through our internal ticketing system, incoming calls, emails, and video conferences via Microsoft Teams.
• Deliver hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass and other third-party applications.
• Proactively monitor and manage the Loan Support Queue.
• Recognize and address the distinctive needs of assigned branches.
• Oversee and participate in projects related to the implementation of new systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with processing and support team members.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Assist in the upkeep of internal documentation.
• Minimum of 2 years of loan processing experience within a mortgage operations setting.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members on LOS systems and loan processes is preferred.
• Experience in managing a support queue, prioritizing tasks, and addressing complex issues promptly and professionally is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes, disclosures, loan documentation, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with the mortgage lending process, TRID rules and regulations, REPSA, and required disclosures.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs.
