Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and distribution of disclosures for mortgage loan applications.

• Review and verify the accuracy and integrity of necessary disclosure documents.

• Collaborate and coordinate with mortgage loan originators (MLO), processors, and other production support personnel.

• Oversee and evaluate various components of loan files to ensure adherence to TRID, ECOA, and other regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage production or lending-related tasks.

• Familiarity with state-specific disclosure requirements.

• Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

• Knowledge of TRID regulations.

• Understanding of mortgage disclosure formats, regulatory content, and timing obligations.

• Awareness of banking regulations along with corporate policies and directives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
