Corporate Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Creating resolutions, consents, minutes, stock transfers, agreements, bylaws, articles, certificates, amendments, and affidavits for various types of business entities

• Preparing and submitting articles, withdrawals, amendments, qualifications, dissolutions, articles of merger, annual reports, business certificates, and financing statements across all states

• Engaging in direct communication with clients, client advisors, and members of the Agile Legal team

• Adhering to Agile Legal project workflows and client service standards

• Ensuring the confidentiality of client information and related matters

• Executing other related tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of specialized experience in corporate law

• Familiarity with state filing systems and associated corporate filing platforms

• Competence in Microsoft Office and Adobe
