This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine corporate, commercial, and M&A documentation for legal precision and practical significance.

• Create and modify contracts, policies, and business agreements.

• Evaluate critical risks, obligations, and enforceability matters in accordance with US law.

• Analyze AI-generated legal materials and pinpoint inaccuracies or unsupported claims.

• Articulate complex legal ideas in straightforward, comprehensible terms.

• Construct realistic legal scenarios, case studies, and document illustrations.

• Distill essential legal issues that emerge during transactions and negotiations.

• Offer organized feedback to enhance the quality of legal content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school in the United States.

• Active membership in the bar of at least one US jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or transactional law.

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements.

• Familiarity with M&A, contract risk, and US business law.
