
Corporate Finance Manager, G&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main financial partner for G&A cost center leaders – including People, Finance, Legal, and Tax – facilitating comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management with an emphasis on accountability and business results.
• Take ownership of the monthly and quarterly Actuals vs Forecast (AvF) process for G&A OpEx; provide timely variance analysis and executive-ready insights that link financial outcomes to operational drivers and guide future forecasting adjustments.
• Spearhead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles for G&A, collaborating across functions to ensure alignment of headcount plans, vendor expenditures, and discretionary budgets with the company's overarching priorities.
• Develop and uphold dynamic financial models and dashboards that aid in scenario planning and investment trade-off evaluations; utilize AI tools to streamline data workflows and quickly reveal insights, empowering G&A leaders to make rapid, data-driven decisions in a changing operating landscape.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team on month-end closing processes, ensuring the precision of G&A actuals through prompt accruals, reclassifications, and variance analysis.
• Navigate effectively through ambiguous situations, establish order where it is absent, challenge existing procedures, and swiftly adapt as organizational priorities and business needs evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Strategic/Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical field within a high-growth public technology firm.
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and forecasting with a history of facilitating data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Excellent communicator with experience in preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities, work collaboratively across functions, and thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
