
Corporate Finance Manager, G&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Act as the main financial partner for G&A cost center leaders, including People, Finance, Legal, and Tax, facilitating comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management with an emphasis on accountability and business results.
• Oversee the monthly and quarterly Actuals vs Forecast (AvF) process for G&A OpEx; provide timely variance analysis and executive-ready insights that link financial outcomes to operational factors and guide future forecast modifications.
• Spearhead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles for G&A, collaborating cross-functionally to synchronize headcount strategies, vendor expenditures, and discretionary budgets with overarching company objectives.
• Develop and sustain dynamic financial models and dashboards that facilitate scenario analysis and investment trade-off evaluations; utilize AI tools to automate data processes and quickly reveal insights, empowering G&A leaders to make swift, data-informed decisions in a changing operational landscape.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team on month-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy of G&A actuals through timely accruals, reclassifications, and variance analyses.
• Navigate effectively in uncertain situations, establishing structure when needed, questioning existing processes, and adapting swiftly as organizational priorities and business requirements evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in Strategic/Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical area within a rapidly growing public technology organization.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting, with a proven ability to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and presenting executive-level materials to VP and C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated capability to manage conflicting priorities, work collaboratively across functions, and succeed in a fast-paced, unclear environment.
