This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• To optimize room revenue and enhance yield penetration through effective management of room inventories.
• Formulate and propose sales strategies, room mix, and pricing structures.
• Oversee the reservations system, including forecasting and reporting responsibilities.
• Create, execute, monitor, and manage sales strategies.
• Gather data, analyze trends, and generate accurate forecasts.
• Aid in the development of budget and marketing strategies.
• Monitor, manage, and communicate inventory levels effectively.
• Assist in negotiating rates for transient accounts.
• Provide clear direction to the team through effective verbal and written communication.
• Over 5 years of experience managing multiple properties.
• Certification in Revenue Management Systems from Marriott, Hilton, or IHG is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in forecasting.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
• A self-motivated personality complemented by a calm demeanor.
• Strong analytical and technical skills are essential.
• Familiarity with reservations, front office operations, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative revenue management and forecasting capabilities are required.
