📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the acquisition pipeline.

• Conduct financial analysis.

• Manage the due diligence process.

• Create materials that facilitate decision-making.

• Assist in execution through to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or in-house corporate development, with practical deal execution experience across the entire transaction lifecycle.

• Proficient in financial modeling - you can build models from the ground up, identify potential issues, and clearly communicate results to a non-technical audience.

• Experience in managing or coordinating due diligence processes, which includes analyzing financial statements and conducting commercial assessments.

• Proven ability to create executive-level documents: investment memos, opportunity evaluations, and board presentations.

• History of working autonomously and juggling multiple projects without close oversight.

• Experience in software, SaaS, or technology M&A is a significant advantage.

• CFA, CPA, or an equivalent financial qualification is beneficial, though not mandatory.
