• Collaborate with clients seeking advancement in their existing corporate positions

• Instruct fundamental skills in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and business valuation

• Assist clients in developing robust financial analysis and strategic planning capabilities

• Advise clients on conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, and honing negotiation skills to facilitate deal-making and growth strategies

• Provide support for resume evaluation, LinkedIn profile enhancement, and cover letter advice

• Offer interview preparation, networking strategies, salary negotiation techniques, and promotion tactics specifically designed for corporate development roles

• Practical experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy (as a corporate development professional, banker, or industry expert)

• A proven history of assessing and executing deals successfully

• A clear and organized methodology for coaching clients through both technical skills and career development
