📋 Description

• Take charge of the creation and yearly update of GFiber’s comprehensive 10-year integrated financial model.

• Develop and sustain advanced financial models to assess possible acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

• Support the evaluation of funding strategies and the execution of financing activities, such as debt issuances and credit facility management, to finance long-term infrastructure projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in corporate development (M&A or Capital Markets) OR 2 years in Investment Banking, specializing in TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) or Infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Excel with a demonstrated ability to build intricate, multi-year integrated financial models.

• Direct experience with capital markets transactions (Debt or Equity) and knowledge of optimizing capital structure.
