This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise risk management, contract and insurance risk supervision, and compliance governance throughout the organization.

• Create and uphold the firm's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

• Execute comprehensive risk assessments across operational, financial, contractual, regulatory, and safety-related areas.

• Evaluate internal and external data, industry trends, and regulatory changes to assess the organization's exposure.

• Provide executive leadership with proactive risk analysis and strategic recommendations.

• Formulate and sustain corporate risk management and compliance policies.

• Analyze and evaluate contractual risks linked to client, vendor, consultant, technology, benefits, insurance, construction, design, product, and manufacturing agreements.

• Generate executive-level dashboards, reports, and risk assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Preferred undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, construction, engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in contract law, insurance law, risk management, or a closely related field in a law firm, in-house, or with an insurance carrier.

• Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or design industries.
