Corporate Counsel – Construction, Commercial Contracts, Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and authorize a variety of legal contracts

• Offer legal advice pertaining to a range of projects, including Electrical and Communications Infrastructure

• Provide counsel on employment law and corporate compliance matters

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Safety teams to mitigate legal risks

• Advise senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives and corporate governance

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school

• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Capability to obtain or maintain Texas licensure if necessary

• A minimum of seven (7) years of pertinent legal experience

• Significant experience in commercial contract negotiations

• In-depth understanding of employment law

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
