Corporate Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, negotiate, and finalize a diverse range of commercial contracts with the company’s clients, strategic partners, and vendors.

• Collaborate closely with business partners in Sales, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Intellectual Property, Service Delivery, and other teams within Rimini Street to effectively conclude transactions in alignment with the company’s policies and best interests.

• Offer additional legal services and guidance to the company as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience as a commercial transactions attorney in private practice, in-house, or ideally a combination of both.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

• Capability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Experience in supporting an internal sales team and managing the commercial deal process.

• Background in advising on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technology issues related to commercial transactions, technology contracting, or product counseling.

• Experience in dealing with intellectual property and technology-related matters.

• Experience working for a technology or technology-adjacent company.

• Graduate of an accredited American law school and currently licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
