📋 Description

• Prepare, negotiate, and assess commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements; offering guidance on the interpretation of current contracts, and addressing contractual dispute resolution.

• Engage significantly in contractual issues throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to conclusion, for agreements covering a wide range of topics.

• Oversee multiple contracts and projects within a time-sensitive environment.

• Collaborate with the legal and risk management department and business leaders to support or lead various initiatives related to process enhancements, risk reduction, and legal policy formulation.

• Partner with external vendors and legal advisors as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience at a law firm (ideally an Am Law 100 firm) or as an in-house corporate attorney.

• Capability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.

• Preferred experience with information privacy laws, HIPAA, PHI, BAA, and similar agreements.

• Familiarity with employment law is an advantage.

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Project Management experience is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team are essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
