Corporate Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Direct all financial operations, encompassing accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll management.

• Supervise monthly closing processes, as well as internal and external reporting, alongside financial systems maintenance.

• Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements and month-end documentation.

• Enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee precise and timely reporting.

• Assist with audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and lender reporting requirements.

• Perform analytical assessments of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Oversee ASC842 lease accounting and monitor compliance with banking covenants.

• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety standards, and fulfill necessary training obligations.

• Manage all treasury operations, including lending, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with debt covenants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with a focus on Accounting.

• CPA certification is mandatory.

• Over 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a preference for 2 years in public accounting.

• At least 5 years in a leadership position.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial processes, and documentation standards.

• Strong skills in MS Office applications.
