This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Craft engaging and enterprise-aligned narratives for the AI and Data vision, objectives, and impact.
• Offer strategic communication guidance to AI and Data executives, encompassing messaging, positioning, engagement, and thought leadership.
• Simplify intricate AI, data, and digital subjects into understandable and credible communications for a variety of audiences.
• Spearhead integrated communication strategies across both internal and external channels in line with enterprise goals.
• Manage executive communications including talking points, presentations, Q&A sessions, briefings, town halls, and engagement materials.
• Propel communication strategies to enhance awareness, adoption, and responsible usage of AI tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (change, HR, tech, training, business) to promote AI initiatives and their adoption.
• Foster external thought leadership and ensure consistent messaging across social media platforms.
• Anticipate and provide counsel on reputational, legal, compliance, and stakeholder matters.
• Evaluate effectiveness and leverage insights to enhance engagement, adoption, and clarity.
• Lead intricate, cross-functional workstreams, including planning, alignment, timelines, and execution.
• Oversee agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated programs with defined outcomes.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing, technology communications, or other creative/content development roles.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of related experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or associated fields.
• A minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, technology, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven experience in supporting communications for AI, data, digital transformation, innovation, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Established ability to counsel senior leaders and formulate strategies aligned with business goals, engagement, and transformation.
• Experience in executing global communication initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong capability in translating complex scientific, technical, and business themes into clear, compelling messages.
• Background in executive visibility, thought leadership, internal and external campaigns, social media, and leader communications.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with change management, training, legal, compliance, technology, and business teams.
• Excellent judgment in communicating about emerging technologies with credibility and balance.
• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and agencies, demonstrated by strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of utilizing data and insights to measure and enhance communication effectiveness.
