This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the enterprise account leader tasked with driving initiatives for strategic growth.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align with both organizational and brand objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance market access, utilization, and portfolio expansion within designated accounts.
• Propel portfolio performance and assist in meeting organizational sales and access goals.
• Facilitate strategic account discussions and coordinate execution plans across various functions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, pharmacy leaders, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with customers to gain insights into clinical, operational, reimbursement, and patient access challenges.
• Support customer-centric solutions that enhance patient access, operational efficiency, and product adoption.
• Represent Tolmar at customer meetings, industry conferences, and strategic engagements.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Trade, Operations, and other internal teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and reimbursement trends to aid in business planning and decision-making.
• Evaluate account performance metrics and propose action plans to optimize business outcomes.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare account management.
• Preferred experience in urology, oncology, specialty brands, or buy-and-bill environments.
• Proven success in managing complex health systems, IDNs, GPOs, or strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, enhance customer engagement, and deliver business results.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, business planning, and account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement, and market access dynamics.
• Preferred experience with navigating buy-and-bill reimbursement, specialty distribution, and health-system decision pathways.
• Ability to analyze business data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong skills in collaboration, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
