This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with senior management from corporate and mills who are key players in purchasing decisions.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to negotiate sales, establish terms, resolve conflicts, and handle quality-related matters.
• Create corporate account plans that encompass intricate account strategies, objectives, opportunity identification, and corresponding plans/tactics along with player maps for the designated accounts.
• Implement strategies for new system sales, evolutionary plans, and customer service initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate competing products/solutions and their market standings; devise and execute strategies and plans to set products apart from rivals.
• Collaborate with various divisions within ABB, utilizing relationships to enhance ABB's share-of-wallet in the assigned corporate paper accounts.
• Advocate for the One-ABB approach during significant sales efforts (such as greenfield and brownfield projects) and incorporate other ABB divisions with corporate purchasing agreements as appropriate.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Corporate Accounts sales or selling to senior, C-level executives.
• The ideal candidate must exhibit strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities, along with proficient presentation and communication skills.
• The Corporate Account Manager should also possess the skills necessary to effectively negotiate large contracts, demonstrating proficiency in negotiation and problem resolution.
