Corporate Account Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees contract performance to enhance customer relations

• Analyzes customer contracts and transactional data to evaluate company adherence to agreement terms

• Facilitates contract implementation by engaging with employees at all levels

• Conducts inventory evaluations to optimize product offerings through crib crawls, store room surveys, etc.

• Aids in initiatives aimed at cost reduction

• Involved in original equipment manufacturer transitions and interchange opportunities

• Travels to a select number of customer locations to engage in meetings and/or presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Strong project management abilities

• Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities

• Results-driven

• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
